Reiki Treatments

Reiki is an ancient Asian technique to improve your health.  Windham Country House guests receiving Reiki treatments from Mary McCoy say it helps them to relax and enjoy their vacation. Others report that it relieves pain and stiffness and helps to heal injuries and illnesses.

You do not remove any clothing for Reiki. Mary has a Reiki table (just like a massage table) which she sets up in a quiet place in the Windham Country House. Placing her hands on or above you, Mary opens and soothes your energy with heat from her hands.
